Todd Yelish is a Partner with his wife Laura Yelish at Yelish Law located in Port Orchard. They attended law school together and each received a JD from Valparaiso University in 2014 and each received an LLM in Taxation from the University of Washington in 2015. Their practice focuses on criminal defense, estate planning, juvenile dependency, and family law.

Named Rising Stars in Family Law by the American Institute of Legal Advocates (2018), both Laura and Todd Yelish are experienced Family Law Attorneys who practice in all areas of Family Law, including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, division of property, business valuations, tracing, mediation, and family law appeals. Both Laura and Todd have experience arguing family law appeals in front of the Washington State Court of Appeals.
